Terms of use for the 4 Sõpra game room 1. General provisions 1.1. These terms govern the use/rental of the 4 Sõpra game room and are mandatory for all users of the room. 1.2. The tenant is required to comply with all of the following terms when using the premises. 1.3. The premises may be used according to the schedule agreed in advance, and each tenant is responsible for using them for their intended purpose. 1.4. The game room is managed by Aktio Agentuur OÜ, registry code: 14366710. 1.5. The room is intended for social game nights, birthday parties, tournaments or other similar activities. 1.6. A booking can be cancelled free of charge up to 2 hours before the booking starts. In the event of a later cancellation, the full rental fee is payable. 1.7. The room can be booked in advance for a minimum of 3 hours. 2. Use and maintenance of the premises 2.1. The tenant shall use the premises and equipment responsibly, avoiding damage and unreasonable wear and tear. 2.2. The tenant is required to keep the premises and the property belonging to them in good order and to restore the premises to their original condition after the event or activity. 2.3. Rubbish and other waste must be placed in the designated bins, and larger waste (including decorations, packaging, etc.) must be removed by the tenant. Deposit containers must be placed in the designated box. 2.4. The tenant may not bring flammable, hazardous or environmentally harmful substances into the premises. 2.5. Staying overnight in the room is not permitted. 3. Liability and compensation for damage 3.1. The tenant is fully liable for any damage caused by them (including property damage, theft or vandalism) and undertakes to compensate for all damage caused in accordance with the invoice issued by the game room. 3.2. The 4 Sõpra game room is not liable for the loss, damage or theft of the tenant’s personal belongings. 3.3. The tenant is responsible for the safety and conduct of persons present in the room during the event. 4. Cleaning and handover of the premises 4.1. The tenant is required to tidy the premises after use and hand them over in the same condition as at the beginning of the rental period. 4.2. If the tenant fails to clean up, the game room operator has the right to order a cleaning service at the tenant’s expense. 4.3. The premises must be vacated for the next guests at the agreed time, 5 minutes before the end of the booked period. The game room doors must be closed and the keys returned to the key box. If the tenant exceeds the rental period, the game room operator has the right to charge an additional fee according to the applicable price list. 5. Other 5.1. The 4 Sõpra game room has the right to refuse to rent the premises to persons who have previously violated the terms. 5.2. If the tenant wishes to organise an event involving special services (e.g. catering, music or technical equipment), this must be agreed in writing in advance. 5.3. Smoking is prohibited on the premises, and alcohol may be consumed only in accordance with applicable laws. 5.4. Follow fire safety rules. In the event of a fire, call 112 and evacuate. Exits must be kept clear. 5.5. Personal data provided when booking is processed in accordance with the privacy policy. 5.6.
