Eesti Arhitektuurimuuseum

At the Arhitektuurimuuseum located in Rotermanni soolalaos (Ahtri 2, Tallinn) you can organise seminars, concerts, company parties and other events. The museum setting adds an interesting extra value to any event. The first-floor seminar room, which can be separated from the exhibition hall with a curtain, accommodates approximately 50–60 participants in theatre-style seating. A smaller classroom next to the seminar room seats about 20 people. Presentation equipment (screen, projector and microphones if needed) is available in the hall. Larger events can be held in the museum’s large hall when no exhibition is on. The second-floor hall seats 180 people and has 480 m² of floor space. The museum’s unique vaulted cellar hall, which normally serves as an exhibition space, can be used for standing receptions or similar events (depending on the event, approximately 50–70 guests). To protect the exhibition’s polished floor, the hall imposes a restriction for events — guests are allowed in the hall only with soft-soled indoor footwear. For seminars and conferences the museum has chairs available. Use of technical equipment and other inventory is arranged separately. The seminar room, cellar hall and classroom are available depending on the museum’s programme and the suitability of the request. The large hall is free for events in December; at other times it is available only between exhibitions if the schedule allows rental.
