The event spaces of Eesti Kaevandusmuuseum offer an environment completely different from the usual sterile office walls, where you can keep your team's focus sharp and creativity flowing. This is a seminar and training package for companies that want to combine businesslike efficiency with an inspiring setting and seamless organization. Work sessions and rooms For your training or seminar you can use either the spacious, light-filled Rikastusvabrik conference hall (theatre-style seating for up to 200) or a meeting room intended for more private discussions (up to 25 people). The rooms are equipped with the necessary presentation technology, reliable Wi‑Fi and modern comforts. Coffee breaks and networking: Coffee, tea and light snacks are served directly in the café located in Rikastusvabrik's bright atrium. It is a convenient, relaxed area where participants can exchange impressions during breaks without disrupting the event's rhythm. Hearty lunch break: For larger groups (from 40 people) we offer an on-site group catering package priced at €22 per person, which includes a tasty main course (roast) and dessert.

MandatoryThe main event hall of the Estonian Mining Museum offers a spacious and industrially elegant setting for hosting large-scale events. It is a space where massive industrial architecture meets contemporary functionality, creating a strong and memorable visual backdrop for any event. The hall is ideal for larger conferences, gala evenings, corporate parties and product launches. Capacity and layout: Theatrical style: up to 200 seats (ideal for conferences, presentations and seminars). With tables (banquet style): up to 150 seats (excellent for formal dinners, as an evening part of summer days or for receptions). Space and facilities The hall stands out for its spaciousness and high ceilings, which allow creative approaches to decoration and lighting. The space can be adapted to suit the character of the event – from rustic industrial style to a luxurious and ceremonial atmosphere. Thanks to good sound insulation and the generous space, it is comfortable to host both technically demanding presentations and live music entertainment here. The hall is equipped with modern presentation technology, reliable WiFi and offers convenient access for guests as well as the event technical crew and caterers.

It is a functional stop with a unique atmosphere that serves events ranging from coffee breaks to special themed lunches, providing a convenient and stylish complement to any seminar or major event. Because the café is located in the atrium directly adjacent to the event spaces, it is a logical and convenient place for guests to gather during seminar breaks, exchange impressions, and enjoy fresh coffee and snacks. The café offers on-site catering for event participants. The menu includes hearty home-style dishes as well as flexible options tailored to the size of the group and the nature of the event. In addition to the regular café menu, it is possible to order something entirely theme-appropriate – for example, authentic miner’s fare from underground, which adds a humorous and memorable twist to the event. The café's location in a large industrial atrium means guests don't have to gather in a dark or sterile room to enjoy their food. Large panes of glass, historical details of the enrichment plant, and the generous, airy space create a free-flowing environment where guests feel comfortable and inspired. For catering orders for groups - Main course + dessert = €15 per person. Condition: Minimum order size of 40 people. At the Eesti Kaevandusmuuseumi’s above-ground event spaces and in the glass hall of the rikastusvabrik, you can crown your festive event, company party or summer-day evening with a generous party buffet. Our full-service catering covers all your guests' needs, offering a thoughtful and tasty selection ranging from lighter snacks to a hot main course and dessert. The party buffet package includes: 1. Cold table: A selection of fresh salads, handmade appetizers, and meat, fish and vegetable platters. 2. Hot table: Hearty and flavorful party dishes with generous accompaniments, served during the main part of the event. 3. Sweet table: Coffee, tea and a specially prepared sweet selection for your event (cake, tartlets or an on-site dessert), putting a festive finish on the meal. Table water and flavored water are included in the package price. Package terms: Price: €29 per person Note: The package price does not include specialty non-alcoholic drinks or alcoholic beverages. Alcohol arrangements and bar details will be agreed according to your event's wishes and format. Why choose the museum's party buffet? Ordering the party buffet as a full-service option keeps the organizer's effort to a minimum. Our kitchen takes care of everything from food preparation and service to setting the tables. This allows you and your guests to focus fully on enjoying the celebration in the rikastusvabrik's unique and striking atmosphere. Dimly lit limestone walls, wooden picnic tables and the coolness of the underground create an immediate atmosphere that completely takes participants out of everyday life. Guests are served a traditional, hearty miners'-style full lunch that keeps the team's energy up even during the longest seminar day. The menu includes: Hot soup to start A hearty roast for the main course Fresh bread A cold berry drink to quench your thirst The miner's lunch is perfect as a mid-day treat during a seminar, as a surprise for visiting guests, or as one of the main highlights of summer days and team-building events.
