Looking for a unique, memorable place to hold a training, reception, or celebrate a special occasion? The Võlumets event space offers a cozy setting with a distinctive atmosphere inside the natural history museum. The room is finished in dark tones; string lights and illuminated decorations can create a dim, fairytale-like mood if desired. The lighting can be easily adjusted - the space can be transformed into a cozy, intimate event venue or a well-lit workspace for training sessions and seminars. A flexible layout makes it easy to adapt the room to the needs of different events. The Võlumets event space is popular for smaller events and birthday parties, offering guests a memorable experience with a touch of fairytale magic.

In the heart of Tallinn's Old Town lies the Eesti Loodusmuuseum's lovely, green-filled courtyard, perfectly suited for hosting unique events. The museum courtyard is an ideal setting for receptions, seminars, concerts and celebrations. The space has hosted picnics, receptions, book launches, poetry evenings, discos and even weddings. A stage can be installed in the courtyard, and upon request we can provide various seating arrangements for up to 150 people. The courtyard is ideal for: - summer receptions; - seminars and discussions; - concerts and cultural evenings; - corporate inspiration days; - private formal events. Event planning can also be combined with the museum’s program — visit exhibitions with a guide, order a special program or explore the museum on your own. We are flexible and will accommodate the organizer’s interests and wishes.

A workshop led by teachers from the Natural History Museum, designed for any institution that has made sustainability a focus and wants to deepen its knowledge of climate change. The workshop is run in groups of 4–7 participants, with up to 16 people at a time. In the first part of the workshop there is systematic learning to unpack climate change. We explore different cause-and-effect relationships and feedback mechanisms. The practical and creative outcome is a poster that depicts the various natural and social processes driven by climate change. In the second half we discuss how these processes affect us. The discussion is supported by excerpts from reports, diagrams, charts and other relevant materials. The final topic of the workshop is what we ourselves can do: which solutions we see at the personal, company and societal level. Depending on the workshop client, we can tailor the discussion to the commissioning institution’s field of activity and steer it according to the client’s needs. You can book a tour of the entire Natural History Museum exhibitions in Estonian, English or Russian. If needed and possible, we will direct attention to topics that are especially relevant to your group — for example, focusing more on urban nature, plant life or wetlands. By special arrangement, tours can also be booked outside opening hours. Price is for a tour with 10 participants; for larger groups, please request a quote.
