One-day seminar in Hiiumaa

The private, light-filled meeting room Roostik accommodates 10 people. It is suitable for smaller teams and for remote work. A major advantage of Roostik is the option to combine a workday at Tuuletorn with other activities. Alongside the meeting you can order catering from the café Ruudi and, if desired, add a visit to an exhibition, bowling, or climbing to the day's program. This way, Roostik can host both a short meeting lasting a few hours and a full team day, all under one roof.

If you're looking for a venue that's out of the ordinary for a seminar, presentation, or team event, you can host your event in the Underwater World on Tuuletorni's ground floor. The space can accommodate up to 50 people for a private event. On site there is a fully equipped screen, sound system and microphone available, making the space well suited for talks, presentations, seminars and group discussions. The Underwater World is part of the Tuuletorni exhibition and gives the event a very different atmosphere compared with a conventional meeting room. If desired, the day can be combined with other Tuuletorni experiences and catering from café Ruudi.

The spacious, light-filled exhibition gallery on the second floor of Tuuletorn is suitable for seminars, conferences, receptions and other larger events with up to 80 participants. The room can be arranged in different layouts depending on the nature of the event and the number of attendees. There is a screen for presentations and talks, and catering from Café Ruudi can be ordered for the event. If desired, the working session can also be combined with other Tuuletorn experiences, such as a visit to the exhibition, bowling or climbing. This makes the gallery well suited for hosting a full team day under one roof.

The price includes use of the pools, changing rooms and saunas.

Bowling offers entertainment and challenges for players of all ages. We have a cozy four-lane bowling alley. Up to six players can play on one lane. Bowling shoes available.

Add a little height and adventure to your team day on the Baltics’ highest, 20-metre indoor climbing wall. The wall has routes of varying difficulty, and both beginners and more experienced climbers are welcome. Climbing takes place under the guidance of an instructor and is well suited as an active part of a team event. 7–8 people can climb at a time. For example, with a group of 15 people, climbing would take place in two shifts and would take approximately 1 hour in total.

A one-hour guided tour where the guide brings visitors exciting and windy stories from beneath, on and above the waters of Hiiumaa. The guided tour is suitable for groups of up to 20 people and is a great opportunity to add a shared Hiiumaa experience to a seminar or team day. Over six floors, you can discover Hiiumaa’s nature, stories and island life by looking, listening and trying things out for yourself. You can explore the exhibition independently or book a guided tour for your group. It is a great opportunity to take a shared break during the workday, walk around the building together and experience Hiiumaa in a slightly different way.
