Hoov can also be booked on a bar credit basis. In that case, the minimum spend for booking Hoov is €20 per person. This entire amount can be used as bar credit to order drinks at Hoov. If desired, the drinks menu can be tailored to your event – we can create a personalised cocktail menu together or craft special cocktails for the event that give the party a unique character. Hoov is equipped with everything needed so you can focus on enjoying good company. As an additional service, we also offer sound equipment for background music or a DJ set, to create the atmosphere that best suits your event.

MandatoryHoov is an outdoor bar in the heart of Tallinn's Old Town. When seated at tables, HOOV accommodates up to 65 people, standing approximately 80 people. There are no indoor spaces at Hoov. There is a bar on site where guests can order cocktails, wines, beer, non-alcoholic drinks and other refreshing beverages. The courtyard can also be rented based on a minimum fee per person. The minimum fee is 30 € per guest and in that case no separate rental fee will be added. To make such a booking, at least 25 people must attend the event.

Events can take place on weekdays (Tue–Thu) until 23:00 and on weekends (Fri, Sat) until 00:00 due to night-time quiet hours. The venue reserves the right to decide on the volume of music.
