The Hoov rental fee includes all the preparation needed for the event, bar service, and post-event cleaning, so you can focus on your guests and enjoy the party worry-free. Hoov is equipped with everything necessary to hold a comfortable and atmospheric event. On request, professional sound equipment for background music or a DJ performance is also available to rent as an additional service. Create the exact evening you want for your group — whether it's an intimate celebration, a lively company party, or a memorable birthday.

MandatoryHoov is an outdoor bar in the heart of Tallinn's Old Town. Seated at tables, Hoov can accommodate up to 65 people; standing capacity is approximately 80 people. Hoov has no indoor space. There is a bar on site where guests can order cocktails, wines, beer, non-alcoholic drinks and other refreshing beverages. Hoov can also be rented based on a minimum charge per person. The minimum charge is €30 per guest and in that case no separate rental fee is added. To make such a booking, at least 25 people must attend the event.

House rules
Events can take place on weekdays (Tue–Thu) until 23:00 and on weekends (Fri, Sat) until 00:00 due to night-time quiet hours. The venue reserves the right to decide on the volume of music.
