IMPEERIUM Theatre Hall Located in the heart of Põhjala Factory, IMPEERIUM Theatre Hall is a cosy, intimate and completely unique venue where an industrial setting meets a theatrical atmosphere and warm hospitality. It is a space that transforms with each event. In a theatre layout with tiered seating, the hall accommodates up to 90 people – ideal for performances, concerts, presentations and smaller cultural events. The tiered seating can be rearranged to create a more spacious party area with tables, a reception or a dance floor. The hall has a bar and bar area, a cloakroom for guests and two toilets. Performers and organisers have access to two preparation rooms: a make-up room with mirrors and a cosy lounge with a toilet and shower. IMPEERIUM Theatre Hall is suitable for an intimate theatre evening or concert, as well as for organising a birthday, anniversary, corporate event or lively party. If desired, our team can also help arrange catering, bar service, entertainment, a host, musicians, a photographer and venue decoration. The aim here is not simply to organise yet another event. We want to create moments and emotions that people will talk about even after the evening has ended. IMPEERIUM Theatre Hall – a special space for special events.

House rules
The user of the premises undertakes to: - use the premises of the IMPEERIUM improvised theatre responsibly, in accordance with their intended purpose and the purpose of the event, and keep the premises, as well as the common areas and the furnishings therein, orderly and clean. - notify IMPEERIUM at the earliest opportunity of any changes to the agreed details of the event (performers, caterer, times, number of guests, etc.) at broneeri@improimpeerium.ee; - keep the volume reasonable both indoors and in the outdoor area during quiet hours, so as not to disturb the neighbours; - vacate the premises at the time agreed in the contract and return them in the condition in which they were handed over. The user of the premises has the right to: - use the theatre's equipment and inventory when conducting the event, in accordance with the agreement. If they wish to bring their own equipment and inventory, this must be agreed with IMPEERIUM; - install string lights, fabrics, decorations, etc. in the room in accordance with the agreement and in the designated locations. Confetti poppers may not be used! - order additional services from IMPEERIUM in advance (hall attendant/ticket seller, sound technician, lighting technician, catering, host, training, performance, band, photographer, additional cleaning); - use services provided by companies hired by themselves for servicing the event (catering, sound and lighting equipment, etc.), after informing IMPEERIUM in advance. The following are not permitted in the building without prior agreement: - rearranging furniture and design elements; - using open flames when decorating the halls and the front of the building (except special candles on tables), or using a smoke machine; - bringing, offering or consuming one's own alcohol or other drinks. - The event is deemed to have ended when all persons who participated in the event (except the theatre's own employees) have left the premises. Any excess time is charged in full hours according to the current price list. After the event, a theatre representative and the person responsible for the event inspect the venue to ensure that it is in order and confirm this with their signatures. Other conditions: - the rental price is calculated on an hourly basis and according to the nature of the event and its hours of operation; - bar service at the event is provided by the theatre bar; - for property that has been broken, soiled or damaged, the theatre will invoice the renter of the premises according to the amount of damage caused, and the invoice must be paid by the due date indicated on it; - if the condition of the premises has not been restored to its original state by the time of handover, the theatre has the right to add an additional cleaning charge to the invoice. Cancellation terms: - if the booking is cancelled less than 2 weeks before the event, 50% of the agreed rental price must be paid; - if the booking is cancelled less than 1 week before the event, the invoice must be paid in full according to the quotation
