1. Reception Department The reception desk operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Check-in: from 14:00 (2:00 PM). Check-out: by 12:00 noon. Reception staff are responsible for guest registration and check-in, providing information about hotel services, and assisting guests with any questions or concerns. 2. Café Monday – Friday: 06:30–20:00. Saturday – Sunday: 07:00–20:00. The café serves hotel guests according to its operating hours. Coffee breaks, set lunches, group menus, and banquet catering can be arranged in advance for organised groups, business events, and special occasions.
