Price for the entire house with sauna for up to 20 people

Renting the entire house with a sauna for up to 20 people costs €395 + VAT. This package has been created specifically for smaller events such as birthdays, reunions or team events, offering your group complete privacy and freedom surrounded by nature. The heart of the package is the cosy fireplace room, or lounge, in the main house, where a group of up to 20 people can comfortably spend time and celebrate. The indoor facilities include a television, free WiFi and even a massage chair where guests can relax. A fully equipped kitchen with everything you need is at your disposal for preparing food and drinks. If you prefer cooking outdoors, there is a dedicated barbecue area, a covered seating area and a fire pit supplied with firewood by the holiday house. An integral part of the package is the wood-heated sauna with a changing room. From the sauna, you can step directly onto the terrace and then jump into the private pond, located right in front of the house, for a refreshing dip after the hot sauna. The larger landscaped yard also offers activities for children, including their own playground, and free parking is available for guests arriving by car. As for overnight accommodation, the package includes lodging in three cosy rooms on the second floor of the house, with clean bed linen provided. Since the house has a total of 10 standard sleeping places, this means that half of your group of up to 20 people will have a comfortable bed included in the price. What else should you keep in mind about the package? If you would like all 20 guests to sleep in beds in the house, extra beds can be ordered at a price of €15 per person. In this way, the house can accommodate a maximum of 25 people indoors. For the perfect sauna experience, you can additionally order a wood-heated hot tub located right next to the terrace; preheating it costs €95. Catering is not included in the basic package, but breakfast or a party spread can be ordered in advance if desired. Please note that this standard price does not apply on major national holidays such as Midsummer or New Year's Eve, when special prices apply.
