Kassikäpa Villa

Kassikäpa Villa - a cozy event venue in Läänemaa Kassikäpa Villa is a homely and distinctive complex in the middle of a pine forest in the village of Kiltsi, just a few minutes from the town of Haapsalu. The villa is ideal for weddings, birthdays, corporate trainings and other private events for up to 60 guests. The complex consists of a main building with a banquet hall and sauna, a small house and three detached villas, which together provide accommodation for up to 50 people. The yard features a swimming pool, barbecue areas and an outdoor kitchen, creating an atmospheric setting for both a formal ceremony and a relaxed outdoor party. The villa's owners, great admirers of cats, named it Kassikäpa — an homage to the joyful and calming presence of their beloved four-legged friends and the feeling of home they bring. The story of the villa goes back years, when the current owners wanted to find a place to escape the pace of life and everyday obligations. Nestled in nature, on the edge of a small grove and close to Haapsalu, they discovered an old building whose character and atmosphere left a deep impression. Restoring the old house was not possible, but in its place a new and cozy villa was created, and every room carries forward its own distinctive story. We want every guest of our villa complex to feel welcome and cared for. Just like a cat that begins to purr when it feels safe, we want to create a calm and warm atmosphere for our guests. The complex can be rented partially or as a whole.
