Family celebration and visiting of museum

Celebrate your family occasion in a place full of real stories. Käru Museum in Käru, Järva County, offers a warm and unusual setting for family gatherings, combined with a visit to the museum. Our guests can explore three exhibitions in historic buildings (60-120 minutes): the 1915 railway station barn with a permanent collection of 200 historic prams, the 1900 railway station with “Twins and Triplets and Their Prams”, and the restored Kerro residence (1930) with “Women’s Laundry and Women’s Rights in One Pram”. A guided tour is available for 40 € + VAT. The house can be rented for your celebration at 30 € per hour + VAT. Lunch can be pre-ordered. Make the day even more memorable with photos in historical costumes, a tour through the period apartments, or an overnight stay in the historic apartments. Nearby, you can climb the church tower to see the 1771 tower clock and the village from above, visit the Baltic Chain memorial, walk to Käru lake (swimming in summer) and browse unique home textiles in a local shop.
