- The Köögikompanii studio is intended for tasteful, preferably food-preparation and cooking-related, events for adults. - A studio booking is considered confirmed from the moment the Renter pays the prepayment invoice. Until the prepayment invoice has been received the booking is not considered confirmed and Köögikompanii may offer the premises to other clients. - The premises will be handed over to the Renter 15 minutes before the agreed rental period begins. - A Köögikompanii representative will present these rental and usage terms, the premises, and the use of inventory and equipment when handing over the premises. - During the rental period a Köögikompanii representative may be present in the premises to assist with locating and using necessary inventory and equipment and other service functions related to running the event. - The Renter must follow the instructions provided at handover and use the premises and any equipment and inventory responsibly and for their intended purposes. - Damaging, destroying or taking the premises and any equipment, inventory or supplies is prohibited. Without prior agreement it is not allowed to use or consume food and drinks that are in the Köögikompanii premises before the rental period begins. - Köögikompanii representatives have the right at any time during the rental period to enter the premises to ensure they are being used responsibly and for their intended purpose. In the case of a serious breach, a Köögikompanii representative has the right to immediately stop the event. - Stopping the event due to a breach does not release the Renter from the obligation to pay the agreed rental fee and any additional claims for damages. - The premises are not rented for overnight use, so please plan your event to end by 23:00. - Please vacate the premises completely and leave no later than 15 minutes after the agreed rental period ends. - When leaving please make sure you have not left any personal belongings in the premises. Also please ensure that the studio door remains locked.
