The seminar rooms in the Lennusadam hangars are suitable for seminars, information days and presentations. The modern rooms are equipped with up-to-date technology and include everything needed to run an event. Rooms can be booked for a minimum of three hours; each additional hour costs €155. If desired, coffee breaks, lunches and guided tours can also be ordered. Coffee breaks are served in the same room as the event; lunches are served at the Lennusadam café. The price includes: - Museum tickets - Writing materials - 98" touchscreen 4K multifunctional display: Iiyama ProLite - Motorised projection screen 16:10 162" (3489 x 2180 mm) (drops down in front of the touch screen) - Projector: Epson EB-L630SU 6000 ANSI lumens, 1980 x 1200 px - Full-room sound system: Audac LENTO6.6E - Room microphone: Shure MXA-920 - Conference cameras: Cisco Room Kit EQ + Cisco 4K PTZ Camera - Clicker: Logitech R400 - Connection to multimedia devices via the room's central unit: USB-C - Public WiFi - Room-based induction loop system for local amplification of the speaker's voice For an additional fee, headset and handheld microphones and guided tours are available (EST, ENG, FIN, RUS). Paid parking is available at Lennusadam. Museum visitors can park free of charge for 4 hours; to do so, register your car at the parking kiosk in the foyer. After that, parking is managed via mobile payment in zone X254 (passenger car) and X255 (caravan). You can also use the Snabb app.
