Mauna Stuudio is a creativity studio in Kalamaja, Tallinn, designed for small groups who want to do something meaningful. It’s a warm, calm space where people create, write, and reflect together. A team session here is two hours away from the office and the pressure to produce results. Activities alternate between writing, simple crafting, and guided reflection. There are no right answers, no slides, and nothing to prepare. People come as colleagues and usually leave with conversations they wouldn’t have had elsewhere. It’s suited to teams who have been working for months and need a breather; to new teams still finding their rhythm; to groups who have just finished something difficult and want to celebrate it properly; and to anyone who hasn’t recently done anything together other than meetings. Up to 16 people. Everything’s included.
