MTÜ Mondo

The seminar room of MTÜ Mondo's global education and training centre in Telliskivi Creative City can be rented at an affordable price for your meetings and training sessions. The seminar room is 50 m2. In auditorium style it comfortably seats 25 people (maximum capacity is 35 people). For meetings and conferences we offer a round table for 12 people. The seminar room is well suited for meetings, seminars and trainings. The room cannot be rented for parties or events intended to generate income through ticket sales. The seminar room has a video projector, flip chart, speakers and Wi-Fi. On request there is also a DVD/Blu-ray player that can be connected to a computer and an additional remote for browsing slides. Lighting can be adjusted with blackout blinds. The global education and training centre operates in the seminar room daily. All visitors have the opportunity to browse our library and, if desired, borrow books. It is also possible to view and purchase handicrafts from MTÜ Mondo's partner communities. Coffee breaks Our rental space is self-service, meaning tenants/event organisers make coffee and tea themselves. For coffee breaks you may use the appliances and dishes in our kitchenette, including the dishwasher. You may also bring your own preferred coffee and tea (please check that any tea, chocolate, coffee, etc. you bring has a Fairtrade certificate to comply with our ethical principles). If you would like to consume the Fairtrade-labelled coffee and tea provided by us, the price is €1 per person per day. Please also bring your preferred coffee milks. MTÜ Mondo provides sugar. If you would like to offer participants snacks/lunch or other refreshments alongside coffee, you can either bring them yourself or order catering according to your taste (or desired level of healthiness). Where possible, please avoid using disposable dishes/plastic — office crockery is available for serving food and drinks. Technical facilities Our seminar room has a data projector, speakers, a 55-inch TV on a movable stand (with PC and Mac HDMI cable), Wi-Fi, a flip chart and the option to use a Meeting OWL and a Jabra device for conducting hybrid meetings. If you wish to use the Meeting OWL and/or Jabra, please let us know no later than the working day before the rental.
