Placing and changing an order Client can place an order by filling in the price inquiry form on Oolwere OÜ's website, sending a message to the company's Facebook page, or contacting us by e-mail or phone. Oolwere OÜ will send the client a price quote, which, with the client's consent, will be confirmed in writing by e-mail. Orders must be placed at least 5 working days before the event date. Fulfilment of later orders depends on availability. Quantities of products and/or services and the number of participants indicated in the order can be changed up to 10 working days before the event by submitting a written notification. Later changes will be considered only in exceptional cases. When placing the order, the exact date and time for handover and reception must be specified as accurately as possible. Transport and inventory The client is responsible for all inventory and is obliged to fully compensate for any damage or breakage caused by them. Depending on the scope of work, an inventory rental fee may be added. If rented inventory is used, the client is responsible for its safekeeping and condition throughout the event and will compensate for any damage, loss or destruction in accordance with the rental company's price list. Inventory cancellation terms: if the inventory is cancelled 5 calendar days before the event, 25% of the total inventory cost is payable. If cancellation occurs 4 calendar days before the event, 50% of the total inventory cost is payable. If cancellation occurs 1 day before the event or on the same day, 75% of the total inventory cost is payable. The price quote assumes that inventory transport, installation and dismantling take place between 08:00 and 00:00. If these activities are required outside the specified hours and the client has not informed us of this before the quote is confirmed, Oolwere OÜ has the right to charge an additional fee. Payment, cancellation and withdrawal A 100% prepayment invoice based on the price quote will be issued to the client and must be paid by the due date indicated on the invoice. The order is considered confirmed after full payment has been received. The order can be cancelled more than 14 working days before the fulfilment date, in which case the full amount paid will be refunded. If the cancellation is made later, the prepayment is non-refundable. In case of late payments, Oolwere OÜ has the right to charge interest of 0.09% of the outstanding amount for each day of delay. Pursuant to § 53(4) of the Law of Obligations Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that cannot be returned due to their nature (including perishable, chilled and frozen goods). Therefore the client cannot withdraw from the order after receiving it. In case of complaints the client must contact Oolwere OÜ as soon as possible, but no later than 3 working days from receipt of the order / provision of the service. Service terms have been coordinated with Oolwere OÜ's cooperation partners. Oolwere party room and premises terms of use 1. The Oolwere party room and its entire premises (including indoor areas, outdoor area, parking area and surroundings) are at the client's and their guests' disposal during the booking period, according to the agreement. 2. The client is responsible for ensuring that all persons present at the event follow these rules. 3. The premises must be treated responsibly and damage, disturbance and dangerous behaviour must be avoided. 4. The client is fully responsible for preserving the inventory, furniture, glasses, tableware, equipment and other property of the Oolwere party room. 5. Damage caused by the client, their guests or third parties (including breakage of glasses, tableware or other inventory) must be fully compensated by the client in accordance with replacement or repair costs. 6. Damage will be identified and recorded during the event or immediately after its end. 7. Waste must be kept in designated places and the space should be left reasonably tidy after the event. 8. It is forbidden to deliberately damage greenery, buildings, inventory or objects in the surroundings. 9. Fire, open flames or other hazardous activities are permitted only with prior written agreement. 10. Disturbing, aggressive or dangerous behaviour is not allowed. 11. The service provider has the right to intervene and, if necessary, interrupt the provision of the service if the event endangers people, property or public order. 12. The client is responsible for ensuring that guests do not disturb neighbours or the surrounding area. 13. Alcohol consumption must be carried out responsibly and in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia. 14. The service provider has the right to restrict or stop serving alcohol to intoxicated persons, minors or persons behaving aggressively. 15. The use of narcotic or other prohibited substances on the party room premises is prohibited. 16. Music and noise must remain within reasonable limits and take the surroundings into account. 17. The event must end at the agreed time and the space must be vacated by the agreed deadline. 18. Exceeding the agreed time may incur an additional charge. 19. Oolwere OÜ is not responsible for accidents or injuries caused by the negligence of the client or their guests. 20. The client is responsible for any damage, accidents and violations related to their event during the entire duration of the event. 21. The service provider has the right to enter the premises if necessary for safety, protection of property or emergency reasons. 22. It is forbidden to obstruct the access of staff or representatives of the service provider to the premises. 23. In case of rule violations the service provider has the right to claim compensation for damages and/or to terminate the event prematurely. 24. In the case of serious violations further provision of services may be prohibited by Oolwere OÜ and our partners. More info: oolwere.ee
