Company Event Package

The main hall is the heart of Paavli Kultuurivabrik: here you can host concerts, club nights, conferences and dinners. The modular design lets you configure the space to match the nature of your event – stages or tables, lighting and intimacy. The hall has a large permanent bar, and you can add a second pop‑up bar if you wish. Access via two loading docks makes bringing in equipment and other necessities easy and quick. There are eight toilets for guests and a separate accessible toilet. Off the hall there is a lounge, a small room and a terrace, which can be used as extra space and to extend summer evenings.

The Orchard Terrace adjoins the main hall and offers 125 square metres of open space. The terrace is bordered by a rose garden, apple trees and lush greenery, with a view of the summer stage. It's a place to enjoy the sun, but it also hosts film evenings and yoga sessions. On the terrace you'll find a new, colourful bar, and the entire area is accessible for wheelchairs. With a roof, removable walls and heat lamps, the terrace can be used all year round.

Nestled within Paavli Kultuurivabrik's carefully maintained city garden, the Greenhouse is a distinctive semi-outdoor space surrounded by greenery and a hydroponic gardening experiment. It is well suited to literature nights, community events, workshops, parties, dinners, idea days and other gatherings. Separated from the rest of the space, it offers privacy and a relaxed, intimate atmosphere. With a covered roof and open-air setting, the Greenhouse can host a wide range of events throughout the warmer season, including during rainier days.

Located directly beside the main hall, the Lounge is a flexible 30-square-metre space that can be used independently or as an additional room for larger events. Its close connection to the main venue makes it especially useful as a quieter conversation area, a backstage or hospitality space, or an extension of the main event programme. The Lounge can be adapted to suit a wide range of formats, including pop-up bars, small exhibitions, workshops, presentations, merchandise stalls, photo booths and informal meetings. During concerts, conferences or private celebrations, it can also serve as a comfortable retreat where guests can take a break from the main programme without feeling disconnected from the event.

The Stone Bar is a welcoming and versatile private event space at Paavli Kultuurivabrik. Its open-plan setting features a spacious bar and a food corner nestled beneath the apple trees, creating a relaxed atmosphere for birthdays, dinners, workshops, receptions and informal gatherings. Separated from the rest of the garden, the space offers privacy and a sense of exclusivity while comfortably accommodating larger groups.

The Garden Stage is a 200-square-metre open-air area that hosts workshops, concerts, daytime and evening dance parties and film screenings. You can set out beanbags or tables and chairs for the audience, or leave space for dancing. Surrounded by greenery and a terrace, The Garden Stage is a flexible platform for different gatherings.
