The space is ideal for seminars, presentations, workshops, panel discussions, community events and more informal gatherings. Its flexible layout and bright, light-filled environment allow you to shape the space precisely to suit the nature of your event. The space includes: • small stage • large screen and projector • sound system and microphones (two handheld microphones and one main microphone) • adjustable directional lighting • furniture: tables, (additional) chairs and sofas • kitchen area for catering • warm, cozy atmosphere that creates the perfect mood for any event We have two catering partners we recommend and trust if your event requires catering.

House rules
To ensure every event at Palo Alto Club runs smoothly and pleasantly for both organizers and guests, please observe the following: • The event organizer is responsible for the proper use and care of the space throughout the event. • Rooms must be left in the same condition as they were before the event. • Moving furniture is permitted, but all furniture must be returned to its original position after the event. • Any equipment used (sound systems, screens, cables, etc.) must be properly turned off and returned to its place after the event. • Any damage or technical problems must be reported to the Palo Alto Club team immediately.
