RemoteNow Club
RemoteNow Club is a private place in South Estonia for small teams who want to get away from their everyday work environment, focus on the important issues and spend quality time together. Teams come to us for strategy days, leadership meetings, workshops and small-team retreats. RemoteNow is especially suitable for groups that value privacy, nature and the opportunity to combine a meaningful work programme with a shared evening and accommodation. On site there are seminar rooms, accommodation for up to 15 people and various options for continuing the day outside the meeting room. On the shore of a private bog lake there is a floating sauna and a terrace, and there is also a sauna, a hot tub and various outdoor areas. If desired, we can help put together a complete programme including catering, facilitation and group activities. This is not a large conference centre. RemoteNow is designed for small teams for whom peace, privacy and the ability to truly focus on one thing are important.

House rules
Booking services at the complex: * Booking services generally requires a 50% advance payment. The advance ensures provision of services on the agreed date. Government institutions and letters of guarantee: * For government institutions that cannot make advance payments, we accept, as an alternative, a letter of guarantee confirming payment under the agreed terms after services have been provided. Cancellation by government institutions: * If a government institution cancels a booking after issuing a letter of guarantee, the institution must compensate 50% of the fee if the cancellation occurs less than 21 days before the agreed date. Advance payment refund (applies to all clients except agreements concluded on the basis of a government institution's letter of guarantee): * 100% will be refunded if the cancellation is made at least 45 days before the agreed date. * 50% will be refunded if the cancellation is made 21–45 days before the date. * The advance payment is non-refundable if the cancellation is made less than 21 days before the agreed date. * Services cannot be cancelled on the day they are to be provided, and 100% of the ordered service price must be paid even if the service is not used. Date changes: * If the client wishes to change the booking date, the advance payment can be used for the new agreed date if the change is made at least 21 days before the original date. * For changes notified less than 21 days in advance, the advance payment will not be refunded or carried forward.
