Team spirit and good collaboration don't maintain themselves. They require deliberate care. RemoteNow Loovusseiklus offers 24 hours away from the office routine. There's no rush and people genuinely have time for one another. It's especially suited for leadership teams, small teams and startups that already have a strong collaborative culture and want to preserve it. Your team moves together through a variety of activities – walking, water-based activities, games and sauna. * Loovusseiklus Loovusrajal. A playful and inclusive format that sparks enthusiasm, makes people laugh and puts cleverness to the test. * Veeseiklus looduses. Depending on the team and the season, we choose a suitable trip on the Võhandu or Ahja rivers, the Kooraste lake area or the Emajõe Suursoos. In winter, options include, for example, a kicksled, snowshoeing or a dog-sledding trip. * Sauna- ja vee-elamus. At your disposal are two saunas, a bog lake and a hot tub at the edge of a grain field. * Ööbimine rabajärve kaldal. Mostly single rooms so everyone has space to rest. * Toit ja joogid. Good food throughout the event and unlimited coffee – because good coffee is a human right. If desired, we can add a drinks bar featuring Lõuna-Eesti small producers. We host only one group at a time. One experience host oversees the whole and we organise everything from start to finish. The result is a stronger team spirit, more natural interaction, a shared experience and a healthy dose of inspiration, eureka moments, laughter and good‑natured competitiveness.

The RemoteNow seminar room is a private 45 m² workspace for small teams. It is suitable for strategy days, management meetings, training sessions, brainstorming sessions and workshops. The room is primarily intended for groups of up to 15 people – small enough to foster good group discussion, yet spacious enough to work both as one group and in smaller teams throughout the day. RemoteNow's strength is not only the room itself. A seminar day can be combined with the surrounding environment: take breaks in nature, continue discussions on the terrace or by the lake, and combine the workday with a sauna, a shared dinner and, if desired, accommodation. It is a good choice for a team that does not want a conventional conference centre but a private place to step out of the everyday work environment and truly focus on the important issues.

Kohvikumaja On the second floor of Kohvikumaja there is a cozy and private space for smaller meetings, discussions and group work. It works well both as an independent workspace and as an additional room during a seminar day when the team wants to split into smaller groups for a while. The room's strength is its calm, informal atmosphere. Here you can hold a leadership discussion, run a workshop with a small team, or simply take time during a seminar day for focused conversation in a slightly more relaxed setting than a regular meeting room. The second floor of Kohvikumaja can be combined with other RemoteNow rooms, catering and the rest of the environment. This allows you to move between different working modes and spaces throughout the day and use RemoteNow as a single, integrated work and retreat environment.

At RemoteNow Club up to 15 guests can stay on-site. We have a total of 12 rooms, so the accommodation is particularly well suited to small teams who want to combine a workday, an evening together and an overnight stay in one place. The accommodation is comfortable and private – the entire RemoteNow environment is designed so that a team can step out of their usual work rhythm for a while. Evenings can be spent around the sauna, the lake and a shared dinner, and the next morning continue with breakfast and a new workday. The accommodation is primarily suitable for 24-hour team events, strategy retreats and multi-day workshops.

What happens when you combine primeval nature, neuroscience and a healthy dose of playfulness? Loovusrada is an approximately 500-metre-long walk through a bog forest where, between stretches of walking, you solve small creative tasks, puzzle things out, notice details and discover new ideas together. It works well as an activity between sessions during a seminar day or as a standalone team game. The trail can be done in two ways: * Loovusbingo is the more competitive option. Participants move in pairs, solve tasks out in the terrain, collect answers and compete against each other. A bit like bingo, only instead of sitting on chairs you move in the forest and get your brain working. * Guided tour on Loovusrada is for those who want to take it more calmly. We walk the trail together and, through stories, tasks and small experiments, explore how ideas arise and what supports or hinders our creativity. Loovusrada was born out of the experience of running more than 800 brainstorming sessions and was created in collaboration with neuroscientist Jaan Aru. Duration is about 1.5–2 hours and the trail is suitable for groups of up to 20 people. Participants need to bring a smartphone with a data connection. The price for a group of up to 10 people is €290. This is not just a walk in the woods. It’s more like a short brain‑tickling hike.

Max 3Do you know where good ideas are born? Apparently quite a few are born in the shower. We believe that for Estonians there's an even better place for that — the sauna. RemoteNow's has two quite different saunas, a private bog lake and a hot tub at the edge of a grain field. The ideal combination to slow the pace after a working day, finish conversations and let new ideas appear. The Parvsaun on the bog lake is located directly on the water. From the large window of the steam room there is a view of the dark bog lake and the birch grove, and after the steam you can go straight into the lake to swim. Southern Estonia is home to some of Europe’s darkest lakes and our lake reaches over 10 metres in depth. The bench fits up to six people. Next to the raft there is a terrace we call the Molutamise Oasis — a place where you really don't have to do anything. The Kärgsaun is a wood‑fired Finnish sauna, made special by its pointed architecture. The surprisingly spacious sauna contains a steam room, a shower room, a lobby and a toilet. From the large window of the steam room there is a view of the surrounding nature and the bench fits up to five people. Beside the Kärgsaun, right on the edge of a grain field, there is a hot tub. A particularly good spot for watching the sunset — regardless of the season. On request we can add sauna snacks and drinks to your sauna evening. And if you believe our neighbour's aunt, apart from a lone maiden who snares lonely men there's not much living in the lake. So you can definitely go for a swim. One sauna costs €180 per evening.

Booking services at the complex: * Booking services generally requires a 50% advance payment. The advance ensures provision of services on the agreed date. Government institutions and letters of guarantee: * For government institutions that cannot make advance payments, we accept, as an alternative, a letter of guarantee confirming payment under the agreed terms after services have been provided. Cancellation by government institutions: * If a government institution cancels a booking after issuing a letter of guarantee, the institution must compensate 50% of the fee if the cancellation occurs less than 21 days before the agreed date. Advance payment refund (applies to all clients except agreements concluded on the basis of a government institution's letter of guarantee): * 100% will be refunded if the cancellation is made at least 45 days before the agreed date. * 50% will be refunded if the cancellation is made 21–45 days before the date. * The advance payment is non-refundable if the cancellation is made less than 21 days before the agreed date. * Services cannot be cancelled on the day they are to be provided, and 100% of the ordered service price must be paid even if the service is not used. Date changes: * If the client wishes to change the booking date, the advance payment can be used for the new agreed date if the change is made at least 21 days before the original date. * For changes notified less than 21 days in advance, the advance payment will not be refunded or carried forward.
