A warm industrial indoor space with a long bar and a stage, with room for dancing. Suitable for 30–100 guests. Sound and lighting are available on-site, the Christmas feast is catered by Kopli Köök (or your own favourite), and the music comes from your DJ or through us. You simply show up — we’ll take care of the rest. Includes: indoor space with a bar and stage, sound and lighting equipment, bartenders, and final cleaning. One contact person from start to finish. Price: there is no room rental fee. The bar minimum spend starts at €750, and the entire amount goes towards drinks for your guests. December Friday and Saturday evenings fill up quickly. Would you like a custom cocktail menu, a band, a quiz, or something completely different? Write to us and we’ll come up with it together — we really enjoy it!.

Botik's main area, where the industrial indoor space of the former Põhjala factory and a large, green secret garden function as one. The indoor area has a full-length bar, a stage and sound equipment. Large doors open directly onto a garden tucked in the shade of an old concrete tower, which features an outdoor kitchen and long wooden tables. Ideal for seminars, summer events, birthday parties and concerts.

To make sure your event is a success and everyone – your guests, the Botik team and our good neighbours alike – has a pleasant time, please keep a few simple things in mind: Sound and quiet hours in the garden: we love music, but we also respect the surrounding area. During the summer, official quiet hours in our garden begin at 23:00 (on Fridays and Saturdays at 00:00). After that, the party moves indoors, where you can continue dancing and chatting until morning. Food and catering: in close cooperation with our neighbour Kopli Köök, we offer fresh catering for events. If you would nevertheless like to use another caterer or set the table yourself, please discuss it with us in advance so that the logistics and use of the kitchen run smoothly. Bringing your own drinks: as we operate as a full-service bar, a fully staffed bar with drinks is always provided by us. Bringing your own drinks (including alcohol) is not permitted, except by special agreement. Cleaning and taking belongings with you: the price includes standard end-of-event cleaning. At the end of the event, please collect and take with you only the decorations, personal belongings and gifts that you brought yourselves.
