Indoor space, a large concert hall with a stage and lighting, and a secret garden in the shadow of a concrete tower – all together, for up to 600 guests. Suitable for festivals, concerts, public parties and summer events where indoor and outdoor spaces merge into one. Includes: stage, professional sound and lighting equipment, bar and bartenders, final cleaning. Price: no venue rental fee; a bar minimum spend starting from €750 applies. For large and public events, we agree on the terms individually. If you bring us good music, theatre or a public party, we will find a form of cooperation that suits both parties. Botik's main area, where the industrial indoor space of the former Põhjala factory and a large, green secret garden function as one. The indoor area has a full-length bar, a stage and sound equipment. Large doors open directly onto a garden tucked in the shade of an old concrete tower, which features an outdoor kitchen and long wooden tables. Ideal for seminars, summer events, birthday parties and concerts.

Botik's heart in the shadow of the old concrete tower – a wild, lush courtyard where wooden picnic tables, an outdoor kitchen and our cozy glass greenhouse are tucked away. The greenhouse offers shelter and a cozy space for a smaller group. Includes: a full bar credit for the duration of the event.

To make sure your event is a success and everyone – your guests, the Botik team and our good neighbours alike – has a pleasant time, please keep a few simple things in mind: Sound and quiet hours in the garden: we love music, but we also respect the surrounding area. During the summer, official quiet hours in our garden begin at 23:00 (on Fridays and Saturdays at 00:00). After that, the party moves indoors, where you can continue dancing and chatting until morning. Food and catering: in close cooperation with our neighbour Kopli Köök, we offer fresh catering for events. If you would nevertheless like to use another caterer or set the table yourself, please discuss it with us in advance so that the logistics and use of the kitchen run smoothly. Bringing your own drinks: as we operate as a full-service bar, a fully staffed bar with drinks is always provided by us. Bringing your own drinks (including alcohol) is not permitted, except by special agreement. Cleaning and taking belongings with you: the price includes standard end-of-event cleaning. At the end of the event, please collect and take with you only the decorations, personal belongings and gifts that you brought yourselves.
