The secret garden and indoor space work as one whole. The garden has long wooden tables, an outdoor kitchen and table tennis. If the weather plays tricks, the warm indoor space is immediately available as a backup plan. Suitable for 60–300 guests. Includes: indoor space and secret garden, sound and lighting equipment, bartenders, final cleaning. Food is provided by Kopli Köök or your own favourite caterer. Price: there is no room rental fee. The summer day bar credit starts at €1,500, and the entire amount is spent on drinks for your guests. The exact amount depends on the number of guests, which we will confirm in our response to your enquiry. Every summer day has its own character. MandatoryBotik's main area, where the industrial indoor space of the former Põhjala factory and a large, green secret garden function as one. The indoor area has a full-length bar, a stage and sound equipment. Large doors open directly onto a garden tucked in the shade of an old concrete tower, which features an outdoor kitchen and long wooden tables. Ideal for seminars, summer events, birthday parties and concerts.

To make sure your event is a success and everyone – your guests, the Botik team and our good neighbours alike – has a pleasant time, please keep a few simple things in mind: Sound and quiet hours in the garden: we love music, but we also respect the surrounding area. During the summer, official quiet hours in our garden begin at 23:00 (on Fridays and Saturdays at 00:00). After that, the party moves indoors, where you can continue dancing and chatting until morning. Food and catering: in close cooperation with our neighbour Kopli Köök, we offer fresh catering for events. If you would nevertheless like to use another caterer or set the table yourself, please discuss it with us in advance so that the logistics and use of the kitchen run smoothly. Bringing your own drinks: as we operate as a full-service bar, a fully staffed bar with drinks is always provided by us. Bringing your own drinks (including alcohol) is not permitted, except by special agreement. Cleaning and taking belongings with you: the price includes standard end-of-event cleaning. At the end of the event, please collect and take with you only the decorations, personal belongings and gifts that you brought yourselves.
