Hiiumaa Muuseumi Pikk Maja
Host a memorable event in Hiiumaa! We offer year-round opportunities to hold a variety of events at Pikk Maja, whether concerts, seminars, conferences, workshops, training sessions, birthday parties, or other private celebrations. The Pikk Maja hall can accommodate up to 70 people seated theatre-style. For smaller groups we can arrange tables and chairs in a cozy salon-style setup. For workshops, you can use the Pikk Maja classroom. For seminars and conferences, the necessary presentation equipment is available on site, including a videoconferencing system that enables audio and video connections with remote participants. We can also help with coffee breaks and catering — tell us your preferences and we’ll find the best solution together!

What this place offers
House rules
The renter uses the premises carefully and leaves them in good order after the event. The renter is responsible for any damage caused during the rental period and will compensate for it. Use of the premises takes place at the agreed times. Any overtime must be agreed in advance. Use of the museum’s inventory (furniture, equipment, etc.) is by agreement and must be returned to its original place after use. Catering arrangements must be agreed in advance. After the event the renter is responsible for initial cleaning. The renter must comply with fire safety and public order requirements and is responsible for the conduct of their guests.
