Host a memorable event in Hiiumaa! We offer year-round opportunities to hold a variety of events at Pika Maja Hall, whether concerts, seminars, weddings, conferences, workshops, training sessions, birthdays or other private celebrations. Pika Maja Hall can seat up to 70 people theatre-style. For smaller groups we can arrange tables and chairs in a cozy lounge-style setup. For seminars and conferences the necessary presentation equipment is available on site, including a videoconferencing system that allows audio and video connections with remote participants. We can help with coffee breaks and catering. Tell us your needs and we’ll find the best solution together!

MandatoryPika Maja saal is located on the first floor of the building. Theatre-style seating accommodates up to 75 people, and salon-style seating up to 40. Pika Maja saal hosts exhibitions year-round. The space is spacious, light-filled and cosy, suitable for a variety of events. The hall houses a Schröder grand piano, on which the young composer Rudolf Tobias practised while he studied at Haapsalu kreiskool (1885–1888). During those years he developed not only his musical skills and abilities but also his artistic principles in a broader sense.

House rules
The renter uses the premises carefully and leaves them in good order after the event. The renter is responsible for any damage caused during the rental period and will compensate for it. Use of the premises takes place at the agreed times. Any overtime must be agreed in advance. Use of the museum’s inventory (furniture, equipment, etc.) is by agreement and must be returned to its original place after use. Catering arrangements must be agreed in advance. After the event the renter is responsible for initial cleaning. The renter must comply with fire safety and public order requirements and is responsible for the conduct of their guests.
