The package includes private use of the Kotkapesa party house. The party hall can accommodate up to 100 guests, with enough space for both a long banquet table and a dance floor. As the neighbours are far away, the party can continue until the early hours. The package is suitable for birthdays, milestone anniversaries, weddings, corporate parties, and hen and stag parties. During the warmer months, the party can be moved outdoors to the campfire area and picnic area. If guests wish to stay overnight after the party, a guesthouse with 10 beds can be added to the package.

Kotkapesa is well suited for hosting birthdays, milestone anniversaries, weddings, family and friends’ gatherings, hen and stag parties, and corporate events. The centrepiece of the event is the 320 m² party house, which offers plenty of room for both a long banquet table and dancing. During the warmer months, the celebration can also be taken outdoors. There is a campfire area, a swing and a picnic area where guests can play, barbecue and sit by the fire late into the evening.

Kotkapesa Guesthouse is located next to the party house and is a convenient place to stay for those who do not want to drive home immediately after a party or seminar. The guesthouse has four bedrooms and a total of 10 single beds, so most of the group can stay under one roof. The house has an equipped kitchenette where you can make morning coffee or tea and prepare a light meal. In the evening, you can relax in front of the TV. Check-in is at 15:00 and check-out at 12:00.
