Peamaja is a showpiece building located in the heart of Paunküla, featuring a large hall, a sauna, a hot tub, and accommodation on the second floor. The ground floor is perfect for seminars and parties – the light-filled main hall stretches to floor-to-ceiling windows and can, if desired, be divided into two parts: a fireplace room for cozy discussions and a seminar room for larger gatherings. On the same floor there is also a sauna complex with three different saunas – a traditional sauna, a steam sauna and a barrel (hot tub) sauna, offering relaxation after a busy day. On the second floor there are 8 rooms: - 2 six-person rooms - 6 double rooms The third floor has an open sleeping area. In total Peamaja accommodates up to 50 overnight guests. Järvemaja is an ideal holiday home for a smaller group of friends or a family, accommodating up to 16 guests. On the ground floor there is a cozy space that fits up to 16 people. It is suitable both for relaxed gatherings and for business meetings. The same room includes a kitchenette. There is also a private sauna on the ground floor, making the stay even more pleasant. On the second floor there are 5 separate rooms, which together accommodate up to 9 people. If additional accommodation is needed, nearby campsites can be arranged. Next to the house there is a barbecue area and a parking lot. Order catering and active activities from us too!

A raft sauna is an exciting and relaxing way to spend a pleasant day on the Paunküla Reservoir. Ride on a sauna raft across the water with friends or colleagues, enjoying the views, good company, the sauna steam, and food cooking on the grill. With a sauna on a raft you can travel on the water, which is quite a unique experience. Everything you need is on board – a heated sauna and firewood, seating area, grill and toilet. Holds up to 15 people – ideal for a group event. You can jump into the water and swim, barbecue and simply enjoy nature. In the winter season you can also try winter swimming! A hole is cut in the ice next to the raft. It’s great to go from the warm sauna into the cold water. Suitable for parties, team events, or romantic outings. Order a snack or barbecue selection to take with you!

The second floor of Peamaja at Paunküla Heaolukeskus can accommodate 50 people. Guests can choose between two-person and six-person rooms, and on the third floor there is a large communal dormitory.

Järvemaja is a charming small two-storey cottage. The ground floor has a large communal room for gatherings, a kitchen and a sauna. The second floor sleeps 9. All cooking equipment is provided. It is located on the shore of the beautiful Paunküla Reservoir.

The E-Fatbike tour takes you into the beautiful forests and trails around Paunküla, offering an experience suitable for both beginners and experienced cyclists. Thanks to the electric motor the ride is easy and enjoyable — you still pedal yourself, but the motor helps keep the momentum up to 25 km/h. Come and experience how the E-Fatbike carries you through woodland, across mud and even in winter onto ice or snowy trails. The E-Fatbike is suitable for participants of any age and fitness level — all you need is curiosity and a willingness to discover something new. Instruction, a guide and equipment are provided by us!

The Paunküla ATV tour is an adrenaline-packed way to explore nature. We ride along forest roads and off-road trails, choosing the route according to participants' experience and preferences — whether the trip is relaxed or more adventurous. Tours are suitable for both beginners and experienced riders. Before the ride we conduct a short theory briefing and offer practical training for beginners. We have two-seater ATVs! You can pre-book a floating sauna to relax comfortably after the tour.

Archery is an activity that requires focus and precision, offering enjoyment to both first-timers and to those who want a calm but exciting challenge. Shooting takes place at the archery range at Paunküla Heaolukeskus, where you can aim at target sheets with guidance from an instructor. It's well suited as a break for birthday parties, team events or nature days – archery is a calm yet engaging activity that teaches concentration and lets you enjoy the rhythm of nature. An instructor will teach and assist!

Paintball is an adventure game that combines physical activity, strategy and a healthy dose of excitement. It's an ideal activity for birthdays, corporate teams, stag or hen parties, or simply friends with a thirst for adventure who want to experience something cool together. It's not only about accuracy, but also about the ability to work as a team and make quick decisions. You don't have to be a "Rambo" – all you need is courage, willingness and the desire to join in! We provide instruction and all equipment! Order a small snack in advance so you'll have the energy for the battles!

Canoe orienteering is an active and entertaining way to spend time with friends, family or colleagues. Teams paddle canoes across the Paunküla Reservoir, searching for points marked on a map that are placed on various islands and shorelines. At some points participants encounter a small task or question; at others simply reaching the spot is enough. This activity is suitable for participants of all ages and fitness levels — each team chooses its own pace, route and strategy. Orienteering adds excitement and playfulness to regular canoeing and creates a memorable shared experience. Available to book from spring through autumn. You can also pre-order catering and a floating sauna for after the orienteering — it’s a great way to warm up and swap impressions.

Parvsaun is an experience-rich and relaxing way to spend a pleasant day on the Paunküla reservoir. Ride the sauna raft across the water with friends or colleagues, enjoying the views, good company, sauna steam and food cooked on the grill. The sauna raft can be taken out on the water, which is quite a unique experience. Everything you need is on board – a wood-fired sauna, seating area, grill and toilet. Fits up to 15 people – ideal for a group event. You can jump in and swim, grill and simply enjoy nature. During the winter season you can also try winter swimming! A hole is cut in the ice next to the raft. It’s lovely to go from a hot sauna into the cold water. Suitable for parties, team events or a romantic trip. You can also order a snack platter or a grill package to take with you!
