Uneallika Holiday Farm’s two-day winter seminar is suitable for companies that wish to get away from their usual work environment, focus on shared goals and spend time with their team. All joint activities take place at Maaema Koda – this is where the seminar is held, meals are eaten, the evening is spent and the sauna is enjoyed. From November to April, the package also includes the nearby Lättekoja, allowing a larger team to be accommodated comfortably in two houses without the group having to disperse for the evening. Maaema Koda is a seminar house converted from a former horse stable, with a hall that accommodates up to 42 participants. The hall has tables for 4–6 people, comfortable chairs, a 75-inch TV with HDMI connection, a projector, screen, flip chart, speakers and WiFi. After the working day, you can continue your shared conversations in the fireplace room, enjoy a dinner prepared on site or visit the wood-heated sauna. The house features plenty of handicrafts and art, while the large covered terrace makes it possible to spend time outdoors even in cooler weather. The two houses offer comfortable accommodation for up to 26 people: 16 at Maaema Koda and 10 at Lättekoja. Both houses are located on the same grounds, a short walk from each other. We will agree on the room allocation before arrival. The package includes the use of both houses for one night, the seminar hall with presentation equipment, accommodation, bed linen, terry towels and the opportunity to use the sauna. We prepare the food on site at Uneallika. In addition to breakfast, coffee breaks, lunch and dinner can be ordered. If desired, the programme can be supplemented with a walking adventure-orienteering activity, an evening discussion on lucid dreaming or a traditional sauna ritual. Sauna heating by our team and use of the hot tub can be ordered for an additional fee. The event schedule, catering and additional activities are agreed according to the group’s needs. Uneallika is suited to peaceful working and togetherness days, not noisy parties.
