Uneallika Puhketalu
Uneallika Puhketalu is a private seminar and accommodation venue in Harju County, about a 45–50-minute drive from Tallinn. Here, companies can organise one- and multi-day seminars, training sessions, strategy days and team events, combining work, shared catering, a sauna and accommodation in one place. The event centre is Maaema Koda, a seminar house converted from a former stable. Up to 42 people can work at tables in the hall. Available equipment includes a 75-inch screen with HDMI connection, a projector, flip chart, speaker and WiFi. The house also has a fireplace room, a large covered terrace, accommodation rooms and a wood-heated sauna, with the option of using a hot tub. Lättekoda is suitable for smaller teams, offering the opportunity to work around a shared table, eat together and enjoy the sauna after the working day. The house has a spacious living room, kitchen, fireplace, Finnish sauna and accommodation rooms. During the winter season, Maaema Koda and Lättekoda offer comfortable accommodation for up to 26 people. From May to October, three smaller houses are also available, allowing the entire complex to accommodate larger groups. At Uneallika, we prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner on site, as well as coffee breaks for seminars. Gluten-free dishes have an important place in our selection. A seminar day can be complemented by adventure orienteering on foot, an evening discussion about lucid dreaming or a guided traditional sauna ritual. Uneallika is distinguished by its historic buildings, art and handicrafts, large well-maintained garden and the opportunity to enjoy privacy with your team. At the end of the working day, there is no need to travel to a hotel or restaurant – dinner, the sauna and overnight accommodation are all on the same grounds. Uneallika is suitable for teams that value a peaceful environment. Noisy parties are not suitable here, and quiet hours outdoors begin at 22:00. Parking is available on site for approximately 30 cars.

Uneallika Puhketalu is suitable for seminars, training sessions, team events and peaceful gatherings. Noisy parties are not allowed. Quiet hours outdoors begin at 22:00. After that, please avoid loud music and activities that disturb the neighbours. Smoking and the use of hookahs are prohibited indoors. Pets are not allowed. Indoor footwear must be worn in the houses. Shoes with sharp heels may not be worn on the floors. Please keep the rooms, furniture, art and handicrafts in good order. After preparing their own food, guests must wash, dry and put away the dishes they have used. We will clear away the dishes from meals provided by us ourselves. When using the sauna, hot tub and fireplaces, the safety rules agreed with the hosts must be followed. The usual check-in time is from 15:00 and check-out is no later than 12:00. For seminars, earlier arrival and later departure can be arranged if necessary.
