1. Space and its use Please use the space with care and respect its environment and details. 2. Keeping the space tidy Please leave the space in the same condition it was handed over in. If cleaning service has not been ordered, please: * return furniture to its original place * wash used dishes or place them in the dishwasher * collect all rubbish 3. Responsibility During the rental period the user is responsible for the careful use of the space and inventory. The user is responsible, among other things, for: * broken, damaged or lost items * damage to furniture or decor * excessive soiling If necessary, costs for lost items, damage or additional cleaning will be added. 4. Quiet hours The studio is located in a residential building, so please observe quiet hours starting at 23:00. Please keep sound levels reasonable when planning the event. 5. Timing Booked time includes preparation and cleaning, unless agreed otherwise.
