Our museum combines science, culture and life stories, offering experiences for curious explorers as well as visitors seeking deeper insight. The permanent exhibition "Avameelselt Sinu kehast" takes visitors on a journey through the human body and how it works, offering plenty of interactive exhibits and exciting discoveries for visitors of all ages. In addition, the museum is regularly enriched by temporary exhibitions that address important and topical issues for health and society. The museum is compact but substantial – here you can spend an inspiring hour or an exploration-filled afternoon. In addition to museum visits, we offer a distinctive setting for seminars, receptions, workshops and other events in historic Tallinn Old Town.

House rules

Host rules: Rental period The minimum rental time for the rooms is 3 hours. The booking rental time includes: preparation, gathering, the event, a communication buffer, and post-event cleanup. The day rate applies to an event that ends at 18:00 (museum closing time). Beyond that time, an additional hourly charge applies according to the price list. The event is subject to quiet hours (Mon–Thu 22:00–06:00 and Fri–Sat 00:00–07:00). If the event exceeds the booked time, additional charges apply according to the hourly rates. The room user must: - use Eesti Tervisemuuseum's rooms responsibly, in accordance with their intended purpose and the purpose of the event, and keep the rooms, as well as common areas and the furnishings therein, tidy and clean - ensure the safekeeping of property in the rooms - ensure that there is no smoking or use of narcotic and psychotropic substances in the rooms - notify Eesti Tervisemuuseum as soon as possible of any changes to the agreed aspects of the event (e.g., changes of performers, caterer, times, number of guests, etc.) at bron@tervisemuusem.ee - agree in advance on the use of any additional rooms - vacate the rooms at the time agreed in the contract and return them in the same condition in which they were handed over An event is considered finished when all participants (except Eesti Tervisemuuseum staff) have left the premises. Overtime charges are calculated in full hours according to the contract or the applicable price list. The room user has the right to: - use technical equipment and other inventory brought in for the event in coordination with Eesti Tervisemuuseum - use services of companies they have contracted for the event (catering, sound and lighting equipment, etc.) provided Eesti Tervisemuuseum is informed in advance. The following are not permitted in the building without prior agreement: - moving exhibits, furniture and decorative elements - using open flames to decorate the halls and the area in front of the building (under any circumstances) - using furniture and transport equipment without floor protection, or tape that damages the floors of the halls and/or other inventory The project manager of Eesti Tervisemuuseum has the right to inspect incoming inventory and, if necessary, prohibit its use. After the event, the person responsible for the event at Eesti Tervisemuuseum will inspect the venue to ensure its condition. If significant damage is found (including to exhibits, rooms or inventory), the museum has the right to invoice the event organizer for compensation for the damage caused.
