The KUU+MARSS combination offers a total area of 150 m², which, thanks to a door in the dividing wall, can be used either as one large hall or as two separate rooms with distinct functions. It is an ideal solution for events where MARSS serves as the main hall and KUU provides a private area for group work, catering, or registration. The digital screens in both halls (86'' and 70''), a mobile sound system, and all conveniences from air conditioning to an in-hall water supply are available.

Kadaka Konverentsikeskus is convenient to reach by both car and public transport. Parking: In the car park in front of the centre you may park in unmarked spaces free for the first 2 hours using a parking disc. For longer stays, parking is paid on weekdays (Mon–Fri 08:00–17:00) (€0.50 per 30 minutes or €5/day); payment can be made conveniently via mobile. As an alternative for free parking, you can leave your vehicle in nearby free parking areas about a 4-minute walk away. Public transport: The nearest stops are only a few hundred metres away: "Aiandi" (Mustamäe Road) – buses 81 and 85; "Aiandi" (Kadaka Road) – bus 16; "Laki" (Kadaka Road) – buses 9, 16 and 33.
