Bring your team to Hiiumaa to make time for shared plans, productive discussions and enjoyable time together. At Kassari Puhkekeskus, the seminar room and hotel rooms are located in the same building – so after a meaningful workday, you can continue the evening in peace and start a new day feeling refreshed in the morning. The package combines accommodation at the Kassari Puhkekeskus hotel with use of the seminar room. The hotel has 15 rooms and 32 regular beds. If you wish, you can reserve the entire hotel for your group. We will adapt the layout of the bright seminar room to suit your event, whether you are planning a training session, strategy day, workshop or team gathering. Use of the room includes a projector and screen, sound system, flipchart and markers, as well as writing paper and pencils. We will tailor the day to your team. For an additional fee, you can order coffee breaks, lunch and dinner, use the sauna, and arrange shared activities. You can end the day by enjoying local flavours at the Lest & Lammas restaurant, visiting Hiiu Õlle Koda or taking a walk in the nature of Kassari.

A sauna that promotes health and good spirits while bringing friends together. A sauna should be enjoyed slowly and without rushing. So bring your good mood and leave arguments and troubles at the door. The sauna at Kassari Holiday Centre is suitable for up to 12 people, offering an opportunity to relax or conclude a business meeting. Book the sauna at least 2 hours before the desired start of use. The sauna includes: a large steam room a washroom a changing room a toilet a comfortable anteroom with a refrigerator, sink, TV, sofa and toilet. a terrace with seating for six. Sauna rental prices start at €55 / 2 hours. *The rental price does not include towels. Towels can be rented for €5 each. To make your sauna experience even more enjoyable, we offer sauna snacks and drinks by advance order.

Ask about availability. **Terms for ordering, modifying and cancelling the group menu** 1. The minimum group size is **15 people**. 2. Prices are per person and **include VAT**. 3. The menu includes flavoured water and a selection of bread and rolls. 4. We ask that the same menu be chosen for the entire group, except for the plant-based menu and special diets. 5. The final number of diners and menu selection must be confirmed no later than **10 working days before catering**. 6. If the order is cancelled in full less than 10 working days before catering, the ordered service will be charged **in full at 100%, according to the last confirmed number of people**. 7. If the ordered and confirmed menu is unsuitable, any newly ordered food must be paid for on site by the client/customer. 8. Payment – **one invoice** will always be issued for the entire group. 9. Late arrival – we expect groups to arrive at the agreed time. Please notify us of any delay as soon as possible. In the event of a delay, we cannot guarantee that the quality of the food will be maintained or that the service can be provided at the desired level. 10.
