MandatoryMO:JO event space combines an elegant hall, a cosy lounge and a kitchen area, all available exclusively to your group during the booking. In the hall, you can sit down to a festive meal, dance or take part in group activities; the lounge is ideal for comfortable conversation and spending time together. The kitchen area is suitable both for preparing food service and as a bar area – you can organise the drinks bar yourself or order bar service. We adapt the hall layout to suit your event. Tables can be arranged for one shared festive table or for smaller groups, while still leaving room for dancing and activities. For seminars and workshops, we take into account whether the plan includes a presentation, group discussion or teamwork. The lounge offers an additional option for coffee breaks, more informal interaction or discussion with a smaller group. The space accommodates up to 42 seated guests and up to 65 guests at a standing event. The exact capacity depends on the chosen layout and the space required for the dance floor, equipment and buffet table. The venue has tables and chairs, dining and serving dishes, WiFi and a Bluetooth speaker. For seminars and presentations, you can also rent an 86-inch touchscreen smart display. The hall, lounge and kitchen area are all at your disposal simultaneously, and the entire event space is reserved exclusively for your group.

We take into account your desired mood, colours and budget – whether you are planning a delicate and elegant dinner, a colourful birthday party or a corporate event. You can order table styling, individual decorations or a complete interior design with installation. We agree on the content, scope and price of the design in advance. NB! Availability during the school term: On three weekdays per week, the room is occupied from 8:30 to 15:00. This restriction does not apply during school holidays. We will confirm the date and usage time based on the enquiry. More detailed information is included in the booking calendar. 1. Bringing your own food, caterers and drinks is permitted. No corkage fee is charged. 2. The booked time includes setup, the event and cleanup. Additional hours are possible by agreement and for an additional fee, provided the room is available. 3. After the event, please take the used dishes to the kitchen area and, if possible, place them in the dishwasher. We will agree on the exact division of cleaning tasks when booking; full cleaning can be ordered as an additional service. 4. Your own decorations are permitted provided that their installation and removal do not damage the surfaces or equipment. Please agree in advance on moving the furniture. 5. Candles are permitted in safe holders and under supervision. The use of special effects must be agreed in advance. 6. Pets are welcome. The client is responsible for supervising the animal and cleaning up after it. 7. Smoking is not permitted indoors. Outdoors, please use an ashtray. 8. Public events and ticketed events are permitted by prior agreement. The organiser is responsible for obtaining the necessary permits and approvals. 9. A private individual making a booking must be at least 18 years old. 10. Please take care of the premises and equipment and report any damage immediately. The client shall compensate for damage caused by themselves, their guests, engaged service providers and pets. Normal wear and tear is not considered damage.
