Peace House

A cosy and distinguished event hall in Tallinn’s Old Town, ideally suited for both team events and training sessions. The room has a unique interior and can be rearranged according to the type of event. Privacy and comfort are guaranteed. This is a bright and homely event venue for those looking for something more personal than an ordinary meeting room. On the second floor of the building, there are two interconnected rooms: Main Hall (48 m²): accommodates up to 40 people in theatre style, up to 30 at round tables, and up to 18 in classroom style. The furniture can be removed to leave the floor clear for yoga mats. Kitchen Hall (33 m²): a fully equipped kitchen and a long communal table for up to 20–24 people. Good to know: the rooms are open from 8:00 to 22:00, and quiet hours begin at 22:00. The second floor is accessible only by stairs; there is no lift. The building has an indoor footwear policy, and smoking is prohibited.

House rules
For your event to be a success and for our historic house to shine, we kindly ask you to follow the rules below: Access and keys: The rooms will be handed over at the agreed time. Please adhere to the reserved times (including setup and cleanup time). Outdoor footwear: We want to keep the rooms clean and cosy. We ask guests to change their outdoor footwear for slippers or use shoe covers (indoor footwear is permitted). Quiet hours and neighbours: As we are located in a residential area of the Old Town, quiet hours apply in the building from 22:00. Events must end and guests must leave by 22:30 at the latest. When opening windows in the evening, please avoid loud sounds carrying onto the street. Kitchen supplies and dishes: Kitchen supplies, dishes and the coffee machine are at your disposal. Bringing your own catering and beverages is permitted. By the end of the event, please wash the dishes used (or place them in the dishwasher) and wipe the worktops free of major dirt. Cleanliness and rubbish: The room rental price includes professional final cleaning (washing the floors, deep-cleaning and disinfecting surfaces). By the end of the event, guests only need to sort the rubbish according to the instructions in the kitchen and take any leftover food and drinks with them. Fire safety and smoking: Smoking (including e-cigarettes and hookahs) is strictly prohibited in Rahumaja and the building’s courtyard. The use of candles and open flames is permitted only with the prior agreement of the manager. Responsibility: The renter is responsible for the preservation of the rooms, equipment and furnishings during the event. Any damage caused must be compensated by the renter.
