Rahumaja main hall (48 m²) is a venue with a distinguished history, abundant natural light and an excellent atmosphere, located on Lai Street in Tallinn’s Old Town. This space, with its old limestone walls and natural wooden parquet flooring, creates a unique and intimate atmosphere, making it ideal for acoustic concerts, music evenings, book or record launches, poetry evenings and salon evenings. To make cultural and musical events more convenient, the hall offers guests high-quality instruments: - Roland F-140R digital piano - Electro-acoustic guitar The space can be flexibly arranged – chairs can be set up in a traditional theatre style (comfortably accommodating up to 35–40 people) or arranged to create a cosier café-style setting. A historic fireplace stove adorns the corner of the room, adding a unique sense of cosiness and privacy to evening events. The price also includes: - Full use of the fully equipped kitchen hall (33 m²) (for serving snacks, coffee breaks or receiving catering services) - Large TV screen / presentation equipment and fast Wi-Fi (for displaying visuals or presentations) The house has an indoor footwear policy. The venue is intended for peaceful and cultural events – loud parties and club events are not permitted.

This space was created for those looking for something inspiring, warm and calming instead of a conventional plasterboard meeting room. The abundant light and nature-inspired design (a beautiful forest-themed wall and cosy details) create the perfect environment where ideas can flow freely. The room is extremely multifunctional and can be adapted to suit the nature of your event. Beautiful natural wood parquet flooring makes the hall an ideal place for yoga, meditation and movement classes, or creative therapy sessions. At the same time, the hall is also perfectly suited to more formal business events – the wall features modern presentation equipment and a large TV screen for displaying slides, videos or presentations. A dignified historic tiled stove adorns the corner of the room, adding a unique sense of cosiness and privacy to events. For musical events, concerts or creating an atmospheric background, guests have access to a high-quality Roland digital piano and an electro-acoustic guitar. For convenient event organisation, the rental price also includes full use of the kitchen hall, making it easy to prepare coffee breaks on site, serve snacks or receive catering services.

Rahumaja’s fully equipped kitchen hall in Tallinn’s Old Town, on Lai Street, offers a unique, cosy and spacious setting for this purpose. Our kitchen hall is integrated with a spacious dining hall, where a larger group can comfortably sit around a long communal table (up to 20–24 people). The room also features a cosy sofa corner with a historic fireplace, creating an exceptionally warm atmosphere for evening events. The kitchen area is fully equipped with modern appliances for the smooth running of your event: - Two integrated refrigerators (for convenient storage of food and beverages) - Electric cooker and integrated oven - Electrolux integrated microwave oven - Indesit dishwasher (for quick and hassle-free cleaning) - Electric kettle and thermos flasks for serving coffee/tea, with cups - Waste-sorting stations (for a clean and environmentally friendly environment)

House rules
For your event to be a success and for our historic house to shine, we kindly ask you to follow the rules below: Access and keys: The rooms will be handed over at the agreed time. Please adhere to the reserved times (including setup and cleanup time). Outdoor footwear: We want to keep the rooms clean and cosy. We ask guests to change their outdoor footwear for slippers or use shoe covers (indoor footwear is permitted). Quiet hours and neighbours: As we are located in a residential area of the Old Town, quiet hours apply in the building from 22:00. Events must end and guests must leave by 22:30 at the latest. When opening windows in the evening, please avoid loud sounds carrying onto the street. Kitchen supplies and dishes: Kitchen supplies, dishes and the coffee machine are at your disposal. Bringing your own catering and beverages is permitted. By the end of the event, please wash the dishes used (or place them in the dishwasher) and wipe the worktops free of major dirt. Cleanliness and rubbish: The room rental price includes professional final cleaning (washing the floors, deep-cleaning and disinfecting surfaces). By the end of the event, guests only need to sort the rubbish according to the instructions in the kitchen and take any leftover food and drinks with them. Fire safety and smoking: Smoking (including e-cigarettes and hookahs) is strictly prohibited in Rahumaja and the building’s courtyard. The use of candles and open flames is permitted only with the prior agreement of the manager. Responsibility: The renter is responsible for the preservation of the rooms, equipment and furnishings during the event. Any damage caused must be compensated by the renter.
