Silma Retreat

Silma Retreat is an 18-hectare private estate located about ten kilometres from Haapsalu, on the edge of the Silma Nature Reserve. For events we rent the entire property for exclusive use — there are no other guests at the same time. The estate has its own lake with three beaches and an island, a boat canal, a pond and woodland. The buildings were completed in 2024. Valge Luik is a glass-walled pavilion whose sliding doors open onto the terrace and the outdoor pool, so the interior and exterior form a single space. The dining table seats up to 25 people. Must Luik is a separate spa house with saunas, a terrace and a pond. Jahiloss is the main house with a large fireplace hall. Päkapikumaja is a standalone cottage facing the woodland, with its own wine cellar and a hot tub. By the lake there is a glamping tent and spaces for motorhomes. Accommodation on the estate is for 15 people. For larger groups some guests stay in Haapsalu, which is a ten‑minute drive away — we assist with finding accommodation and arranging transfers. For larger parties a sail tent can be erected on the grounds. The field below the hill and the area along the boat canal are best suited for this, and we can help with choosing and ordering the tent. Silma is suitable for weddings, birthdays, corporate events and retreats. Its most distinctive season is one other venues don't sell: autumn and winter, when the fireplaces are lit, the saunas are heated, and the poolside looks out over a snow‑covered forest.
