Our seminar room offers excellent flexibility, allowing the space to be tailored precisely to the nature, objectives and number of participants of your event. Whether you are organising a training session, conference, team event or formal meeting, we will help you find the solution best suited to your needs. The room can be arranged in several ways: Classroom style – accommodates up to 40 people and is ideal for training sessions and lectures where participants need a comfortable work surface for writing and taking notes. Theatre style – accommodates up to 50 people and is ideal for presentations, talks and larger gatherings where attention is focused on the speaker or screen. Diplomatic style – accommodates up to 34 people and creates a formal and professional setting for negotiations, board meetings and business meetings. U-shaped arrangement – accommodates up to 25 people and is ideal for interactive discussions, workshops and meetings where communication between participants is important. If desired, you can also choose one of two coffee break options.
